Leo Capoferri draws on a background in civil litigation of a wide variety of personal injury claims, including medical malpractice, products liability, auto negligence, sexual abuse, and premises liability. He has experience handling all aspects of pretrial litigation and trial preparation.
Before entering private practice, Leo served as judicial clerk for the Honorable Amy O’Connor in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. During law school, Leo was a member of the Law Review editorial board, completed judicial internships in the District Court of New Jersey and the Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
Leo currently resides in Hopewell Borough, New Jersey with his wife, daughter, and their beloved family dog.
